David attended Baruch College, where he was involved in the Zicklen Program. He has worked with some of the most prestigious firms in the industry, including Douglas Elliman, Keller Williams, and Bold New York.

Currently, David is a Partner at AVENUES, a mega brokerage that specializes in new development projects. He has achieved remarkable success in his career, having flipped over $150 million in real estate, sold over $400 million in condos, and managed a $500 million new development portfolio for condo sales with many new development firms.

David’s passion for real estate extends beyond his professional work. He conducts seminars at various institutions, including NYU, Baruch College, and the Real Estate Expo, where he shares his knowledge and motivates individuals to pursue their dreams in the industry. David is also active on social media, where he educates and enlightens people on self-development and real estate growth.
